Who is it for?
People aged 18-65 (or over 65 if treated by Croydon MH Service) with severe and long-term mental illness living in the London Borough of Croydon in a 24-hour funded placement (Supported Housing, Supported Living, Residential Care Home or Nursing Home)

Via Croydon mental health services Timing: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
