About 3 Boroughs Adult ADHD and Autism Service (Croydon, Lambeth & Lewisham)
SLaM specialist outpatient service offering diagnostic assessment for adults with suspected ADHD and/or autism, plus ADHD medication initiation/titration and reviews, and brief post-diagnostic psychoeducation following a positive diagnosis. Appointments face-to-face or via Microsoft Teams.
Who is it for?
Adults registered with a GP in Croydon, Lambeth or Lewisham with suspected ADHD and/or autism. Excludes moderate/severe co-morbid or acute mental health needs, moderate/severe learning disability, and ongoing substance misuse/alcohol dependency. Non-urgent service; no case/risk management.
How to access
GPs or NHS secondary mental health teams only; no self-referrals. Croydon referrals go directly to the service (email 3Breferrals@slam.nhs.uk); Lambeth/Lewisham (SEL ICB) new ADHD diagnostic referrals route via the ADHD Referral Triage Service first.
