Local New Addington / Croydon residents experiencing poor mental health, anxiety, social isolation, or families/parents in need; including parents of young people with self-harm, anxiety or depression.
How to access
Self-referral / contact directly (phone 01689 800291 or via the church). 1:1 support arranged with the Community Family Support Worker. Timing: Open Tue, Wed, Thu 10:00-14:00 (Community Cafe). Mental-health groups run on set days: Poppy Cafe on Wednesdays; Family Matters (parents) on Fridays. Groups do not run during school holidays..
