Referral form completed with the participant's consent; contact the Age UK Croydon team by phone or email Timing: Norbury Hall 1st & 3rd Mon 2-4pm; James Terry Court 2nd & 4th Mon 10:30am-12:30pm; Thornton Heath Wed 1:30-3:30pm; East Croydon 1st Sat 11am-1pm & 3rd Sat 1:30-3:30pm; plus South Croydon Tue 10:30am-12:30pm (per official/CVA) or Selsdon Community Clubhouse Thu 1:30-3:30pm (per SimplyConnect).
