NHS specialist therapeutic service for women and birthing people affected by perinatal loss, offering individual and group evidence-based psychological therapy (CBT, EMDR), peer support, and family involvement. Run by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust; Croydon residents are eligible.
Who is it for?
Women and birthing people who live in Croydon (or Lambeth/Lewisham/Southwark, currently accepting these boroughs only via SLaM) who have experienced perinatal loss (pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or infant death from conception to end of first year) and have emotional distress / moderate-to-severe mental health difficulties as a result, regardless of how long ago the loss occurred.
