Who is it for?
Minimum age 65; must reside in the London Borough of Croydon; elderly, vulnerable, living alone and isolated, housebound, with complex needs (often including a dementia diagnosis). Cannot work with under-65s, those outside Croydon, or those with sufficient existing support.
