Andy's Man Club: Free Wellbeing & Mental Health Service in Croydon
What is Andy's Man Club?
Andy's Man Club is a nationwide men's mental health support group that meets every Monday at 7pm. Founded in 2016 following the suicide of Andy Roberts, the charity provides free-to-attend, peer-led talking groups where men can open up about their mental health struggles in a safe, non-judgemental environment. The clubs operate on a simple principle: #ITSOKAYTOTALK. There's no pressure to share - you can speak or simply listen.
The charity's mission is to end the stigma around men's mental health and reduce suicide rates among men.
Who Can Use Andy's Man Club?
All men are welcome. Whether you're going through a tough time or just want to connect with other men, you're welcome. The groups are not therapy - they're about men supporting men through shared experience. Many members describe finding it easier to open up in a room full of strangers who understand what they're going through. You don't need a referral or diagnosis.
